Al-Aqsa Flood: Challenges Before Ummah
Al Aqsa Flood
Yes, this is an operation like Tornado to retake Al-Aqsa. The world has already known the details of this operation. This is the most talked about event of 2023 and the most threatening strike for the non-Muslim powers and their allies. In the past few decades, they may not have experienced such a significant emotional impact. This is why the name of this operation is Tufanul Aqsa. Before delving into the success of this operation, we need to understand its background. This storm has been directed against an army that has been presented as one of the greatest military powers in the world for ages. They were said to be irresistible. Europe and America controlled the Arab world by Israel. Israel's army has been supported by all non-Muslim powers and civilian organizations. Israel's intelligence agency, 'Mossad,' is widely regarded as the best in the world. Interestingly, leaders of many Muslim countries are purchasing security equipment from Israel to monitor their citizens. This storm is directed against Israel.
Who carried out this operation? Those who have long been confined to an open prison. Gaza is considered the largest prison in the world, where the people in the region struggle to access even the basic necessities of food and water. Everything they have is at the fingertips of the enemy. They are unarmed as compared to their enemy. However, they were not afraid. Surely, the Arab rulers, the servants of the West have to think again: when Israel itself is not safe, how does it safeguard our power?
Reaction
The reaction of Israel to Tufanul Aqsa was quite predictable. Like wild animals and venomous snakes, Israel reacts to Tufanul Aqsa. Thousands of women, children, and civilians are being killed, and common people's houses are being demolished as bombs are falling from all sides. America, Britain, and France, etc. have been cooperating with them in this despicable and heinous act from the beginning.
Such a situation was not inconceivable to Hamas. They knew this would happen. They know the character of Israel and the West. Hamas attacked Israeli military forces. They have destroyed Israel’s so-called impenetrable security system. They did not target citizens of Israel deliberately. Some civilians have been abducted by Hamas, as a strategy of war. Hamas did not deliberately kill their women and children. They did not attack any of Israeli hospitals.
On the other hand, Israeli forces are taking revenge by killing innocent, unarmed women, children, elderly, and ordinary people. Their cowardice knows no bounds. The world has witnessed brutality of Israel. Conscientious people around the world are bravely protesting against Israel, even if they are few in number. In western countries, including America and Britain, their protests have been suppressed by police. Yet, they persist in demanding an end to this brutality, oppression, and the killing of innocent people. Unfortunately, Israel is deaf to their protest and continuously killing Palestinians.
Brutal Assault and Falsehood
The traditional Al Ahli Arab Hospital in Palestine, established in 1882, was attacked by the occupying Israeli forces on October 17. Hundreds of doctors, nurses, and injured patients were martyred. However, the world is silent about it. It is not called a war crime, and those responsible for it are not being called war criminals. The attack targeted innocent people already injured by Israeli bombardment and admitted into the hospital. Netanyahu and Biden blamed Mujhidin for the attack. With all the evidence, including the type of bomb used, it has become widely known that Israel was responsible for the attack. Their officials even initially took credit for it in a tweet, which was later deleted.
Blaming others for such actions is not new for Israel. Last year, Israel targeted Al Jazeera's Christian female journalist, Sirin and killed her. However, the blame was placed on the Palestinians. Later, her family provided evidence, including CCTV footage, and proved that she was killed by Israel.
"Alkufru Millatun Wahida"
All the non-Muslim countries and powers are united against Muslims. The behavior of the influential countries in response to Tufanul Aqsa has once again proved that all non-muslim powers, irrespective of their religion, are united in the hatred for Islam.
Those who support the illegal occupation of Israel are always with them. However, this time, the disbelievers of the world have joined with Israel. They are giving encouragement and support to Israel to kill Muslims. They are actively participating in ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians. A glance at the recent behavior of Hindutva government in India also proves the same. Some countries that seem to be silent on the Palestine issue, like China, do not play any role in stopping the war. No one comes forward to stand up with Palestine, giving them arms through the United Nations or in any other way. This is the actual example of the verse of the Quran:
وَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا بَعْضُهُمْ اَوْلِيَآءُ بَعْضٍ.
Those who disbelieve are friends to each other. - Surah Anfal (8): 73
Therefore, the Muslims around the world should understand that they have nothing to expect from non-Muslim powers. They are brothers to each other.
The love of western countries for Israel is not new. After Israel was attacked, Joe Biden rushed to Tel Aviv, rapidly deployed warships for Israel's security with all kinds of weapons. Although I felt pity for this elderly president, who sometimes falls asleep in various meetings and seminars. There is a weariness of age on his face. This old gentleman was already noted for his love for Zionism. Donald Trump has played a major role in cornering the Palestinians, creating and increasing the relationship of the Arab countries with Israel. Now Joe Biden is showing, he is no less than Trump; rather, he is more than Trump. However, I felt pity for this elderly man.
Behind a Contract Killer State
Sometimes, we hear about individuals who are hired for various misdeeds in the world, such as professional killers, who take the lives of others for financial gain. In these situations, there is no enmity or hatred between the hired killer and the victim. Similarly, there are hired armies in the world that engage in war in exchange for payment. Readers may recall Yevgeny Prigoshin of Russia. A few months ago, he rebelled against Russia, even though his army had been hired by Russia for many years. He had once sided with Russia during the Ukraine War but later rebelled against the country. However, Russia eventually killed him.
Just as there are mercenary killers, mercenary gangsters, and mercenary armies in the world, there is also a mercenary state in the Middle East, which is Israel. If the western leaders, who made Israel settled here, had done so out of sympathy for the Jews ( as they claim, millions of Jews were killed by Hitler and Nazi forces), then why did they send them in the Middle East? Do they have any right to give the land of Muslims to the Jews depending on their claim that this region is their holy land? They knew very well that if they took the land of others forcefully, they would face an eternal war and never sleep comfortably. They could be attacked at any time. They would always be marked as occupiers. Did the western leaders not know this? Did the leaders of Israel not understand this?
They made Jews settled here and chose this place for them under a plan. They passed the resolution in the League of Nations (which later became known as the United Nations) that the territories occupied by England could be distributed to whoever they wished. The League of Nations was also created by them. Thus, the state of Israel was created by occupying the land of Arab Muslims. In 1949, when still the number of Jews did not reach one lakh, the United Nations recognized Israel and made it a member of the UN. Now, whatever the UN says, the entire responsibility for this illegal occupying state rests on it. If the United Nations had not recognized Israel and made it a member, it would have remained internationally illegal.
Let's return to our main topic: why is the term 'mercenary state' used for Israel? It is clear that Britain and its allies selected this location for the Jews according to a blueprint. In short, Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, the first Qiblah of the Muslims, is here. Makkah and Madinah, the two holy lands of the Muslim ummah, are in close proximity to this land. Many Arab states surround it. Geographically, this land is crucial due to the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, and the Suez Canal, which is the junction of two continents. So, the British thought, if some people are established here and they fight for the West, acting as a mercenary state, then it will be easy for the West to use this place for military and business purposes in the future.
From this perspective, the British rulers considered establishing a Jewish state in this location. However, the world has an abundance of available space, and there are still many states with vacant areas. They could have allocated portions from such places. For instance, America is a vast country with ample space, and Canada is one of the largest countries globally, with a relatively low population density. The Jews could have been settled in these regions. Alternatively, different parts of Europe, from where they were expelled and persecuted, could have been considered. The Jews faced attacks and atrocities in Europe, notably during the Nazi regime. So, the question arises: why were they settled here instead of the areas from which they were expelled? It seems that Western leaders chose to establish them here, possibly with strategic motives as mercenary groups.
From an external perspective, Israel appears to adopt a threatening posture akin to mercenary thugs, engaging in actions that resemble killing for financial gain. However, it's crucial to recognize that Israel is consistently in a state of war, facing the potential threat of attack at any moment. This perpetual state of alertness not only influences their interactions with others but also instills fear among its own citizens. It is undeniable that the citizens of Israel live in constant fear, aware that they can be targeted not only by formidable adversaries but even by those less powerful. Moreover, it is worth noting that a significant number of Israeli citizens themselves oppose the ongoing conflict.
Why is a state purportedly powerful in economy, technology, and the military consistently embroiled in conflict? Despite their relatively small population and substantial wealth, why do they endure a constant state of fear in a land where their forefathers did not reside? This raises questions about whether they can be seen as a mercenary nation. The presence of Western leaders, including a visit from the elderly President of the USA, Joe Biden, to Israel, further underscores the significance of this issue. Israel is their pet; they use their pet for personal interests. This is 'Zillah' which is mentioned in the Holy Quran-
ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ اَيْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوْۤا.
Disgrace has been stamped over them. - Surah Ale Imran (3): 112
Not all Jews are mentioned here. Those who are barbarians, who have disrespected Allah and His Messenger, treated the people unjustly, and committed massacres, have been mentioned here. And one of the examples of their humiliation through ages is that they are being used as a mercenary group. Those, who are using them, showing cooperation apparently. However, behind the scene, they are laughing that we are using them in exchange for money. When the west invaded other Muslim countries, they had to send their own soldiers. However, here they are only providing logistics support to Israel. They are only giving weapons, money, warships. They don't have to send their soldiers. They don't have to fight here. Because, they placed Israel here as a mercenary group. They controlled other Arab states by this group. They are doing everything by Israel. They are saying in their minds, let the mercenary group do everything. We will only give lip service. We will give money and other things. Thus, we can understand the word ‘zillah’ mentioned in the Quran.
United Nation
Whenever it comes to the matter of Palestine and Israel, some people look to the United Nations. Not only here but also in other places, whenever people are oppressed and driven away from their own homes, some look at the UN and wait to see what they will do.
In reality, it is understood from the structure of the UN that the UN was not created for the sake of weak countries, including Muslims and Muslim-majority nations; the UN was established for the benefit of those countries who took the power of the world to oppress Muslims and weak nations. When British took the power of different countries across the globe, they created the UN to protect their interests.
Therefore, although it is said, the UN is an international organization consisting of more than 200 countries and at the cost of a lot of money from general people, the leaders of Muslim countries went to the UN with a fleet of planes and delivered speeches proudly as if their speeches are very outstanding and valuable, but conscious people know very well what the reality is.
In short, they created the UN for their own interest and use it for that purpose. There is no meaning to expect much from the UN. Antonio Guterres, the Secretary-General of the UN, went to the Rafah border crossing to visit the relief activity. He regularly urges to stop war and killing innocent people in his speeches like his previous leaders. However, these words often seem hollow. If it is accepted that he speaks sincerely, he is powerless; a Secretary-General cannot stop a war whenever he wants.
If there had not been veto power in the UN, and decisions were made depending on the opinion of the majority, the situation would be different. In 75 years, many resolutions against Israel have been passed in the UN, but all of them have been dismissed by the veto power of influential countries.
Oppression and Relief
Now it has become a routine for the powerful to oppress the weak, displace them, and then offer some relief.
Several years ago, millions of Rohingya Muslims were forcibly displaced from Myanmar. In Bangladesh, refugee camps were established for them. Unfortunately, there has been no considerable progress in their repatriation for years. Relief aid pours in from various parts of the world, providing employment opportunities for many in managing these efforts. In Cox's Bazar, individuals managing the relief efforts often reside in luxurious bungalows. It's ironic that they travel to the Rohingya camps, where the displaced Muslims endure inhumane conditions, in a fleet of luxurious cars.
However, this relief and aid activity is one kind of mockery. They oppress, drive away, then provide aid and relief. They pretend to show that we are giving food, shelter, medicine. We are very kind. It does not need to explain further how difficult the life is in a refugee camp!
پہلے خود کانٹے بچھائے اہل دل کے راہ ميں
ہو گئے زخمي تو ان پر پھول برسائے گئے
He lays thorns in the way first. When I am wounded, he comes to give me flowers.
The activity of the UN is like laying thorns and then giving condolences with flowers. There is not much to expect from the UN until it is on its current structure.
Muslim world
It appears that nobody stands with oppressed Muslims, neither non-Muslim powers nor the UN, which was created by non-Muslims. The UN seems to have little impact, and its officers appear reluctant to take action for Muslims. So, who looks out for the oppressed? Who will help them? Who will speak out on their behalf?
Naturally, all eyes turn toward the Muslim world, but what is the condition of our Muslim world? It is divided into two parts. We are not referring to the division of Muslim countries, as that has already occurred. Instead of one united country, there are now more than 60 countries in the Muslim world. The British not only divided Muslim nations but also fragmented the Arab world, which was once under the rule of the Ottoman Caliphate. The Arabs may seem content with this division, thinking they are independent. We are not discussing this division; rather, we are highlighting that within the Muslim world, one group holds significant power. They either directly or indirectly control the country, manipulating the state apparatus with their wealth and influence. The other group consists of ordinary Muslims.
If we look at the general Muslims, they stand with oppressed people. They express solidarity with Palestine through protests, speeches, and statements. Whenever Muslims face aggression anywhere in the world, Muslims in other countries express their condolences in various ways. Even those who do not regularly practice Islam take part in these programs.
On the other hand, those in power in Muslim countries fall into two types. Some of them are wealthy due to natural resources provided by Allah, while the other group depends on the taxes imposed on general population. They lead luxurious lives with the tax money paid by ordinary citizens, and rule over them. However, both groups do little to safeguard interests of Muslims. They contribute nothing to Islam. Sometimes they deliver eloquent speeches to console Muslim minds or enact some rules to show support for Muslims. However, when it comes to taking actions, they disappear. They cannot take any steps during the difficult times of the Muslim ummah.
OIC
There is an organization of Muslim countries called the OIC. But have they been able to do anything for the sake of Muslims, for the Muslim countries, for the affected states, for the oppressed? Are they currently taking any action? Could they not unite? Couldn't they speak with one voice? Do they have any influence in the world?
If the OIC countries were to unite today and collectively express their discontent, threaten to resign from the United Nations, repeatedly call for an end to conflicts, stand up firmly for a Palestinian state, and attempt to establish trade agreements among themselves, even creating a common currency like the EU, surely the impact of the dollar would decrease in many cases. But do those in power care about the interests of Islam and Muslims? How would they be able to achieve this? The evil disease described in the Qur'an seems to have also afflicted those in power. That disease is the greed for power and wealth. The lust for power and wealth has blinded them, creating a separation between them and their religion, the concerns of the ummah, and the profound teachings of Islam. This detachment has, in turn, led them away from the concept of Jihad.
Jihad and the Rulers of the Muslim World
In Islam, Allah Ta'ala has given the law of jihad to suppress the wicked and protect the oppressed. However, the rulers of today's Muslim world have moved far away from this important provision, i.e., Jihad. They maintain a large army in the state, and spent hundreds of millions of dollars of general people for this army. This army is primarily used to guard the rulers. If the defense department, funded by the people of the Muslim state, does not work in the interest of its own nation, then what is the use of that defense department? Unfortunately, Muslim rulers do not even like to mention the name of jihad, let alone utilize their army for this purpose. The main reason is that the lust for power and wealth has made them forget Jihad. Fear has crept into them due to the love of worldly life and the lust for wealth, as mentioned in the hadith.
Fear has overtaken them. Because of this fear, today, the Arab states and Muslim nations have become friends of Israel, abandoning the oppressed Palestinians. They befriended the Jews and Christians and pushed the Muslims away. As long as these types of people are in power in the Muslim world, nothing good can be expected from them.
Rais Amrohi, a renowned poet of the last century, regularly contributed poetry to the Daily Jang. Recently, journalist Hamid Mir referenced four lines by Rais Amrohi in one of his articles, and these lines remain profoundly relevant at this time:
جو اہل فلسطين کو خطر ےسے بچائے
وہ عزم وتحريک وہ اقدام کہاں ہے
اب عالم اسلام کو اٹھنے کي ضرورت
بےشک ہے مگرعالم اسلام کہاں ہے
Who saved the people of Palestine from danger? Where is that promise, resistance and action? The Muslim world needs to wake up now. Undoubtedly; But where is the Muslim world?
The Lust for Power and Fear of Death
The lust for power and the fear of losing power have terrified the leaders of the Muslim world or the Arab Muslim world. They are supporting Israel. They do not care about their own race and native brothers. They not only fear the West; rather, it appears that Arab leaders fear the Palestinian Mujahideen as well. Wherever there is a smell of jihad, the sound of jihad, wherever there is an armed movement, there is their fear. They may be thinking, if the Palestinian state becomes strong, these Mujahids will look at us! They will harm us.
Many of them feared the Afghan Taliban. But now the Taliban are running Afghanistan, are they harming a Muslim state? Are they going to fight against Muslim countries? However, the Arab rulers are not only harboring this fear, but also expressing it at various times.
A few days ago, Egyptian President Sisi said, we need a free Palestine, a free Gaza but it must be unarmed ('manzuatus silah`). There will be no weapons in Palestine.
Unarmed Palestinian state! What a fun Sisi made! Which country in the world is without weapons!? Why are you so afraid of weapons? You keep thousands of soldiers for your safety. You keep the elite force. How many forces do the rulers keep with them today! Elite force, this force-that force, through many names, they keep the army. They spent millions and billions from the people of the country just to ensure their own security. Now they propose the concept of an unarmed state! From their evil intention can be understood. That is, from the heart they do not want an independent and self-reliant Palestine.
One of the major reasons for this is that those who are in power and who have no connection with people, are always afraid of freedom fighters. Sisi's 'Manzuatus Silah' concept of weapon free Palestine should be understood from this point of view.
But what will be saved in the end? When Donald Trump announced the Israel-UAE deal in America, the issue of Alkawsa (September 2020) wrote, 'Israel-UAE deal: What will be the final defense?' . The agreement said, "The interests of the Palestinians will be protected in this agreement." New Israeli settlements in the West Bank and Gaza will stop.' September 2020 to September 2023 has also passed. How many interests have been recovered in these three years? Israel is more barbaric!
From here it can be understood that it is not what the Arabs thought. Does Israel listen to any Arabs today? Israel is their friend! Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said in the speech of the United Nations General Assembly last month, a new Middle East is now being born. Which is owned by Israel and its friends Arab countries. His boasting and accent were very evident there. He did not even think it necessary to mention the name of Palestine. But Israel lives in that Palestinian land. He may have had his sights set on the largest and most influential state in Arabia. You will get a response from there within a few days. Already conquered some countries including UAE, Bahrain. But he didn't know that a terrible storm was waiting for him in the next month. As a result of which the Arab state has gone further behind in establishing diplomatic relations with Israel. So what will happen in the world - cannot be predicted in advance.
People of Crooked Thought
Among Muslims, there exist individuals with distorted thinking—those who adhere to Shariah rules and read religious books but tend to harbor twisted thoughts. They immerse themselves in peripheral matters, neglecting the fundamentals. They are unwilling to accept any significant issue unless it aligns with their preconceived notions. These individuals harbor negative perspectives on various national, international, and religious issues, often emphasizing trivial matters.
Regarding the operation Al-Aqsa Flood conducted by Hamas, they think negatively and give a crooked perspective. Some of them do not understand deeply and are very weak in Iman. They raise questions, why did Hamas attack first? So, what they are suffering is their own handicraft. They should not have done this. They made Israel angry first. They threw stones at them, and now Israel is carrying out massacres in Palestine.
I do not know whether this type of people blind or not. Have they not seen the activities of Israel so far? Israel has been oppressing Palestinians for 75 years. Did Israel attack only after Al-Aqsa flood? Gaza has been strained for many years. Foods, clothes, and essential commodities are not allowed to enter Gaza. Only limited essential items can enter with Israel's permission. Whenever Israel wants, they oppress them, kill children, bomb hospitals, and impurify Al-Aqsa. This has been their condition for 75 years. The Al-Aqsa flood happened only on that day.
So, those who say these things are living in a state of fear, exposing their weakness in faith. Those who are religious but reluctant to acknowledge the jihad of Hamas are exposing their inferiority and narrow-mindedness.
On that day, a student asked a question, quoting some people, that Hamas follows democracy. So their war is not Jihad in Shariah.
I was surprised hearing the question. They went so far as to label Hamas with democracy. In our country, they write two lines on social media against democracy, and this is their jihad. While Hamas sacrifices their lives day and night in a war against Zionist forces, protecting innocent Muslims and their country, their sacrifice is not considered jihad in their sight.
I think, their thoughts are not right. We should think positively, and praise good deeds. If we praise and acknowledge any good deed, which is our duty, we will be honored. Our duty will be fulfilled. From a crooked point of view, we can find faults in any good act and show off our bravery, but this exposes our negative mentality.
Stance of Bangladesh regarding Palestine
When we talk about the Muslim world, we also talk about our motherland Bangladesh. It is the third largest Muslim country in the world. Our rulers sometimes claim to love Islam. However, what are they doing now?
Sheikh Mujibur Rahman attended the OIC Summit in Lahore despite threats from India. When Yasir Arafat was the undisputed leader of the Palestinians, Mujib maintained a strong relationship with him. However, Arafat later fell into the trap of the West. Bangladesh has consistently supported the Palestinian liberation movement and actively opposed Israel in various forums. Still Bangladesh has not officially recognized Israel, and Bangladeshi passport holders cannot travel there.
But, what is the stance of current government regarding Palestine? Has Bangladesh unequivocally criticized Israel's terrorist acts? Has the ruling party organized rallies in support of Palestine? Or is Bangladesh influenced by India?
There was a time when India also sided with the Palestinians, voting against the creation of the State of Israel in the United Nations in 1948. However, in the era of Narendra Modi and his Hindutva party, India has become a close ally of Netanyahu's Israel, aligning their respective interests. While India suppresses Muslims in Kashmir, Israel does the same to Muslims in Palestine
Today, India recruits individuals in various countries to spy for Israel, the enemy and occupier of Palestine. Recently, eight Indians were sentenced to death for spying for Israel in a Qatari court. According to reports, they had previously served in the Indian Navy and were employed in sensitive and crucial military installations in Qatar. Modi's support is not limited to tweets; in fact, he is actively recruiting spies in different countries for their close friend, Israel.
So, today's India is in favor of Israel. In the first step, Narendra Modi tweeted his greetings to his friend Netanyahu. So far he is supporting them. May be Bangladesh have been influenced by India.. Why did Bangladesh not give any clear announcement? Why do they speak like this - ' It should be stoped!' 'Children are dying on both sides!' 'People are dying on both sides!'
We want to say something about BNP, the opposition party of the country. This party is now desperate to come to power. They are agitating, and a large section of the public is now with them for many reasons. Due to price hike of daily commodities and many other reasons, many people in the country are getting frustrated. BNP is gaining support from them. However, they are silent about Palestine. Are they blind and deaf? Do they not know that Muslims are being persecuted and massacred in Palestine? BNP's Secretary-General and leaders could not bring a proposal in favor of Palestine. They could not call a separate public meeting on behalf of Palestine. Today's leaders don't have the minimum thought that their previous leaders had. So, BNP no longer considers it important. BNP was once voted exclusively by Islam-loving people of the country.
BNP must understand why they lost power. How did they win unexpectedly in 1990 after a long time? Why did they lose power in 1996? And with whose help did they return to power in 2001? They have to understand that. If they do not understand interest of Muslims, then people will not find any difference between BNP and other parties.
Are Zionists and Americans at peace?
It appears to many people that those who oppress and commit brutality against others live a peaceful life. However, they cannot lead a peaceful life as their oppression tortures them mentally. The barbaric Israeli occupation forces have been oppressing innocent Muslims and are not at peace. As mentioned earlier, they are always at war. Therefore, Israeli citizens are leaving their country despite having a luxurious life. If they continue leaving the country in this manner, perhaps their Western allies will prevent them from doing so. What does their leaving the country indicate? On the occasion of Israel-Palestine war, Americans are warned worldwide not to leave the country without necessity. It suggests that by killing others, they have disrupted their safety.
Those who are a bit conscientious among them are against this war and aggression. In America and Britain, a large number of Jewish people protested the war. They demanded an immediate ceasefire. Many people from other religions including Christians also protest with them. They refused to give aid to Israel. Because, they know, war will only increase enmity, violence, hatred, and unrest. Since the rulers are in love with power, they do not care about the people. However, it is not possible to be at peace after hurting others.
وہ رلا کر ہنس نہ پايا دير تک
جب ميں رو کر مسکرايا دير تک
گنگناتا جا رہا تھا اک فقير
دھوپ رہتي ہے نہ سايا دير تک
He couldn't laugh for long after making me cry, while I laughed for long after crying. While passing the way, a poor man said humming, neither sunlight, nor shadow are permanent.
Our duty
One of our important duties towards our brothers in Palestine is to pray for them and we are doing it. May Allah rescue the oppressed brothers from the grip of the oppressors; give back them their independence with Islamic rule, give them tawfiq to persevere upon losing children, family members, and homes. May Allah give them good rewards for their sufferings. We should keep on doing this type of duas. This is one of the best possible responsibilities towards them and an important capital for us.
Moreover, we should give them any possible help and try to find out ways to send this relief to them. If there is a proper and reliable means of conveying any assistance to them, it is our responsibility to move forward in that way. We should not feel hesitated about it.
It must be remembered that they are the people among whom Shaykh Ahmad Yasin, one of the founders of Hamas, was born. He led the war against Israel, the tyrannical occupier, even sitting in a wheel chair. He said in his last television interview_
We long for martyrdom. We have no greed for this life. This life is very trivial and cheap. We long for eternal life.
What a wonderful thing he said! What a wonderful words he uttered! I want to read this quote again and again.
The Palestinian brothers, blessed with a leader like Ahmad Yasin, from whose mouth such powerful words have emanated; and they continue to follow in his footsteps even after he is gone, ensuring that their labor and suffering will not go in vain. Sheikh Yasin was martyred by the Israelis. But 'Hamas' founded by him is still following his path. As long as they follow his footsteps, cherish his thoughts and continue on that path, no one can erase their existence.
Even the greatest powers of the world cannot wipe out such people. Because, he who is destroyed, is destroyed because of fear. But to whom death is insignificant, to whom Iman and Islam, above all, the life of the hereafter is important, to whom their own identity and freedom are important, that nation never be defeated. Their victory is certain. At some point they must achieve it, InshAllah.
There is no 'frustration' in Islam. It is forbidden to be frustrated in the Quran. So, we should not lose hope. The duty of Muslims is to become a true Muslim by following the teachings of Islam, to bring everyone -neighbors, relatives, family members- to the path of religion. In this scenario, as we strive, the number of devout individuals among us will increase. The path to reclaiming what was lost by the Muslims will be paved. The coercive power within the country will diminish, and those depending on force will be compelled to retreat. The triumph of Allah's religion is inevitable. Allah's religion will be triumphant. The golden past will return.
وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ كُله الله.
....and religion becomes fully for Allah. - Surah Anfal (8): 39
نَصْرٌ مِّنَ اللهِ وَ فَتْحٌ قَرِيْبٌ وَ بَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ.
Help from Allah and the imminent victory and give glad tidings to the believers. - Surah Saaf (61): 13
Apology:
Dear reader, excuse me, I have taken up a lot of your time. Generally, I am not used to writing long articles. I always try to say necessary things briefly. But I do not know how my article about Tufanul Aqsa and the Gaza massacre has become too long.
May Allah Ta'ala protect our oppressed Muslim brothers and grant us tawfiq to stand with them - Amin.
