Parents have many favors to their children. Namely:

# The mother carried the child for nine to ten months in her womb and suffered for a long time.

# The mother suckled the child and cleansed his feces and urine with her own hands.

# The father worked hard all day and bought all the necessary food, clothes, medicine etc. for the child.

# Parents are always worried about their children's well being.

# If the child is sick, the parents spend the night beside him without sleeping.

# When the child reaches the school-going-age, the parents send him to the Madrasa to learn knowledge, so that he may grow as a true servant of Allah and an honest citizen of the country.

May Allah have mercy on our parents as they have had mercy on us.
